Tommy Hilfiger Launches Streetwear Focused ‘Denim Progressed’

Meet ‘Denim Progressed’, Tommy Hilfiger’s latest take on streetwear. Delivering new interpretations of the baggy jean while building on historic ties to hip-hop that are at the core of Tommy Jeans’ history, the New York-inspired campaign encapsulates the essence of the collection: modern self-expression.
This next chapter of the Tommy Jeans platform Denim Progressed takes a stand on progressive denim, embracing the long-standing connections of the brand, Hip Hop, and New York City in a 45-piece street style collection. Consisting of a range of denim shorts, skirts, jeans, and outerwear with unexpected design twists and contemporary baggy proportions, the collection masters statement-making streetwear.
All 45 pieces are designed to provide consumers with the tools to fully express themselves. Whether it be the Aiden jean featuring an oversized fit and drop crotch or the Daisy jean featuring a low waist and wide leg, the pieces put a present-day spin on the brand’s prep heritage. Other statement pieces include Chicago windbreakers, bold stripe tees, skate-inspired shorts and tees, and shiny bombers and pullovers.
Set in New York, the campaign doubles down on its quest to make a statement, photographing the collection against a backdrop of locations synonymous with New York City; basketball courts, skate parks, laundromats, apartment complexes, and convenience stores to name a few. The images capture the essence of the city, focusing on the signature street vibe that perfectly aligns with the collection’s ’90s-meets-today’s modern hip-hop style.
