Vans x Kids of Immigrants Release Latest Shoe Collab

“Anything is Possible” when you keep love and community close.

Phenomenal brand “Kids of Immigrants,” is releasing a new shoe with Vans all about honoring one’s heritage and parents that sacrificed greatly for their children. Released with Vans + Greenhouse, which is a collective and innovation lab that builds collections and concepts of creatives, the shoe essentially goes beyond Kids of Immigrants’ average product.

Coined the “Anything is Possible” shoe, the classic canvas Old Skool 36 DX silhouette combines texture and that belloved Vans look all in one. Featured in a cool cream color, the shoe comes with a satin bandana side panel and a standout corduroy material at the toe. Text wraps itself around the sidewall saying, “Kids of Immigrants: Anything is possible.”

Honoring parents, collective upbringings and their unique journeys which allowed dreams of the unimaginable, the shoe goes beyond your average collaboration, tying in meaning and significance and those who embody what it means to say that anything is possible.

Kids of Immigrants was founded by Daniel Buezo and Weleh Dennis in 2016, and is an outlet for the two to “express their passion to create, empower and love.” Highly significant to the two based on their first-generation American identity, the “Anything is Possible” shoe represents the passion for their heritage and community.

Also known for their massive cult following and rapid sell-out time, Kids of Immigrants collections and releases are always one to look forward to, as they take an unconventional approach to fashion while still upholding community and empowerment at the principle of their beliefs.

The “Anything is Possible” shoe releases this Wednesday at projectgreenhouse.com, Friday at kidsofimmigrants.us and Tuesday, 8/24 in-store at select Foot Locker locations.
