Virgil Abloh and Evian collaborate in the name of sustainability

A limited-edition water bottle that wants to save the world.

When sustainability and exclusivity join forces, you get a limited-edition 750 mL glass bottle by Evian Creative Advisor for Sustainable Innovation Design—Virgil Abloh. “One drop can create a movement,” reads the slogan and if it’s as successful as the last, this drop won’t last long.

The Off-White founder and artistic director of Louis Vuitton menswear, Virgil Abloh, announced a second collaboration with Evian at NYFW. Following their recent exclusive bottle and bag boxed set released at Barneys New York, Japan earlier this year, the two have come together again to release another set of premium bottles under their “Activate Movement” campaign.

This exclusive 750 mL glass bottle and Evian’s SOMA refillable bottles come in two colorways and are embellished with water droplets to symbolize the power one small action can have towards change. Along with the new collection, Evian is launching the “Activate Movement Program” for 18-35 year olds interested in launching sustainability-focused design projects.

Evian and Virgil are seeking innovative solutions in sustainability that relate to waste reduction, minimizing energy consumption or recycling and upcycling. All entries will be judged by an expert panel including Virgil and other members of the Evian team. The winning proposal will receive €50,000 EUR and global exposure.

The “Activate Movement” collection will be released in April this year. Read more about the “Activate Movement Program” on the Evian website.
