Watch NAS’ Anthemic Video For The Song “Spicy”

The music video highlights the best of New York City.

Rap legend, Nas has dropped a visual for the single, “Spicy” off his new album, King’s Disease. The music video — which features Fivio Foreign and A$AP Ferg — is shot and set in New York City, the cross-borough brothers linking up for the anthemic song.

Nas opens up the video with DMX riders, police officers, and bodegas before the lyrics take off and he is seen speeding through the street. He raps about some of New York’s local favorites, “Brooklyn Sweet Chick / Waffles with raspberry butter.” And in one frame while wearing a mink he says, “Wear a mink at the roller rink middle of the summer.” Special appearances include AZ & Cormega, to Jungle, and more of your familiar favorites.

This release proceeds the explosive video for “Ultra Black” which has over 3 million views and climbing, “Spicy” following in those successful footsteps. Specifically, both videos serve as an uplifting reminder of the unignorable contributions made by the Black community. His first album in over two, entirely produced by Hit-Boy with Gabriel “G Code” Zardes serving as the co-producer is available now. Accompanied by King’s Disease, where a portion of the proceeds from each sale is allocated to charity. To learn more and shop, click here.
