Supreme Taps Katt Williams For Their Latest Video

Watch the comedian ridicule President Trump and touch upon racial inequality in a thoughtful monologue.

The hyped streetwear label Supreme has just released a new video starring legendary comedian Katt Williams. Dressed in a crisp box logo t-shirt and a two-piece suit with a barbed wire print and sporting a vibrant rainbow hairdo, Williams was recorded for a seven-minute tape while having a thoughtful and humorous monologue on current events.

After revealing his new hairdo, Williams takes the virtual stage with JAY-Z‘s “Public Service Announcement” instrumental blaring in the background. He jokes about the lack of a response from his non-existent audience and then goes on to mock President Donald Trump, saying that a “perfectly suitable clown” is running the free world, specifically picking at his coronavirus-related comments on ingesting bleach. Williams then shouts out Black Lives Matter, encouraging everyone watching the video to “say it out loud, because it’s a fact.”

The dialogue gets fiery when Williams goes on to discuss the civil unrest that’s swept the country in recent months following the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers. He touches on New York City and its hidden secrets, namely Hart Island: “This is where unclaimed dead bodies go.” The comedian also encouraged the viewers to wear their face coverings to combat the COVID-19 pandemic before once again touching on racial equality and saying he “kept most of the jokes in quarantine if [the viewer] was looking for some laughs.” Williams finishes off his virtual set by saying he’s “already done more than an elected official.”
