Actor Will Smith is taking on real estate — the multi-hyphenate has just put up a listing for the mansion located in Brentwood, California that was featured in his iconic 1990 The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air sitcom. Perfectly times for the newly announced reboot!

The most remarkable thing about this offer (available starting September 29) is the fact that the stay will only set the visitors back $30 a night. However, one has to be a resident of Los Angeles County in order to book the exclusive stay. The description, allegedly put up by Smith himself, reads: “Ready for the freshest staycation ever? If this place looks familiar that’s because it’s just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway. I’m back. And this time, I’m handing you the keys so you’ll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself – but my sneaker collection is off-limits, aight?”

Those staying in the mention will be able to lace up a fresh pair of Jordans for bedroom basketball, take a look at the full wardrobe and memorable outfits from the show and listen to the records and music from the show’s very own DJ Jazzy Jeff. Whether the pool house is included as part of the package is yet to be clarified.
